• Booking: When you book a service, you are entering into a binding agreement to pay for that service.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations of services must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds for digital products are only available if the product is faulty.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services and products at any time without prior notice. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates.
